General information

The programme general objective is to improve human rights situation (also in the area of Domestic and Gender-based Violence) and to combat discrimination and extremism in the Czech Republic. The programme will foster the implementation of human rights standards in the Czech Republic.

It will also directly target vulnerable groups at high risk of discrimination and exclusion, such as Roma. Victims and witnesses of domestic and gender-based violence, especially children and vulnerable groups, including migrants and Roma women will be addressed. Emerging forms of gender-based violence, such as online harassment, bullying or stalking will be also addressed. The programme will aim at combatting all forms of discrimination and exclusion and at enhancing the capacities of the relevant national institutions dealing with aforementioned matters.
