In the open call, which was open from December 2019 until April 2020, we received a total of 135 applications. Two thirds of them were prepared in cooperation with partners from Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. 129 applications, which met the formal requirements and conditions of eligibility, were evaluated by expert evaluators and, based on their opinions, the evaluation committee recommended to support 16 of them. A list of preliminary results can be downloaded below on this page.

The verification of the evaluation process started in December 2020 and confirmed the evaluation managed by the Ministry of Culture (Program Partner) was held in a transparent manner in line with the rules of the EEA Grants, programme Culture and the open call.

Due to the continuing verification process of individual applications, we notify the applicants, that these results are preliminary and may change including the grant size (e.g. resulting from conditions set by the selection committee including budget cuts, conditions of applied state aid regime, open call allocation or other suggested changes).

Final results will be published on www.eeagrants.cz/en after the verification process is concluded as a whole. Applicants will be notified via the data box and in the IS CEDR. Information on evaluation details of individual applications will not be published.

Supported projects will be gradually introduced on our website. All of them will be implemented in partnership with partners from Norway and/or Iceland. We believe that all of them will carefully restore and save unique cultural heritage and bring life to localities where cultural, educational, social and other impact will be significant.
