The Ministry of Finance – Programme Operator issues the Guidelines for beneficiaries of grants funded from programmes Health, Culture, Good Governance, Human Rights and Justice. The Guidelines for beneficiaries govern procedures for implementation of projects within programmes Health, Culture, Good Governance, Human Rights and Justice and sub-projects within the framework of small grants schemes of programme funded from EEA and Norway Grants 2014-2021 from the time of their approval.
An updated version of the Guidelines and selected annexes was approved on 28th January 2021 and translated into English.
