Centre for International Cooperation in Education announced an open call for proposals within the Norway Grants – Bilateral Scholarship Program (CZ07). The publication date was on 17th February 2014, the deadline for submission of applications is on 17th April 2014. EEA and Norway Grants Bilateral Scholarship Programme brings opportunity for international project cooperation and mobilities in Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland.
