Objective of the Project

During 18 months the subproject Future European design applied arts will introduce widespread series of 20 workshops and lectures, which will completely cover the issue of design and applied arts. Nowadays this domain gains more and more importance in the formation of our society, culture lectures, their work and experience in the field of design and applied arts. The lecture topics, divided into very specific thematic sessions, will focus on compact understanding of design and applied arts discipline, research and application of its results and putting of design and applied arts into practise. Subproject should establish cooperation with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Department of Product Design with a rich experience in research of applied arts. It can therefore be expect a very significant achievement, with the potential to significantly move the field of design and applied arts.
