Update of the 4th Open Call from the Fund for the Bilateral Relations and the Guidelines for applicants and beneficiaries

The Ministry of Finance, in its role as the National Focal Point, publishes an update of the 4th Open Call under the Bilateral Fund and the Guidelines for applicants and final beneficiaries under the Bilateral Fund.
Chapter VI. Further information of the Open Call and Chapter XVI. Contacts in the Guidelines were updated. The same changes have been made in both documents, namely the telephone number for urgent questions has been modified and the information on the possibility to address questions on state aid to the Office for the Protection of Competition (OPC) has been removed. The reason is that the OPC does not issue opinions on the fulfilment of the characteristics of state aid to applicants/recipients of state aid/small aid.
