We are practitioners of participatory leadership and experts in cultural entrepreneurship, workshop planning and team-building. NORTH staff and experts have all extensive experience in developing and managing European funded projects, particularly in the fields of culture, education, research, equality and democratic citizenship. Maria, the owner, has worked as a National Expert at the EC in Brussels, Coordinated the Erasmus+ National Agency in Iceland, Served as a municipal councillor and member of municipal culture committee, Presidend of the National Parent Association, cultural attaché at the Icelandic Embassy in Washington DC, and as a lecturer at Reykjavik University. Our experts come from different sectors and we collaborate on a regular basis with cultural institutions and museum, such as The Living Arts Museum, education institutions, innovation hubs and different municipalities across Iceland.

We are interested in partnerships with Czech entities involved in education, culture, civil society affairs, business development and research. We bring 18 years of experience in planning and implementing international projects. Our focus in particular is skills and competence development in education (creativity, entrepreneurship, democratic citizenship, social inclusion) ; culture (trainings in cultural entrepreneurship, festival/event management and planning, cultural heritage preservation; planning of study visits to Iceland) and civil sociaty (trainings and sharing expertise in equality, democratic citizenship, entrepreneurship and social inclusion).
